Why Neighbors Call Us

Heard the contractor horror stories? So have we.

The crew that vanished after the deposit. The quote that grew every week. The truck that showed up after the storm and disappeared before the first rain. We built this company to be the opposite of all of it.

You'll see everything.

Every roof gets photographed from tear-off to final nail. You see what we saw, what we did, and what your money bought, even the parts you'd never climb up to check.

You'll know your price.

A straight number before we start, and the same number when we finish. Most shingle roofs run around $425 a square with us, where most quotes around here come in at $500 or more.

You'll know your contractors.

Patrick and Kevin own this company and stand on your job, and the men who quote your work are the men who answer when you call about it.

What We Do

One team for the whole outside of your home

Once you've found a contractor you trust, you shouldn't have to start over from scratch for every trade. Roofing leads the way. The rest of the house follows.

Roofing

A new roof is a decision you make once every few decades, and it deserves a straight number, top workmanship, and photos of every step. Shingle roofs are what we're known for.

Storm Damage & Repairs

Shingles in the yard, a stain spreading across the ceiling, a tarp that needs to happen today. We handle the emergency first and walk you through the insurance part in plain English.

Chimney Work

Masonry is where craftsmanship shows, and ours includes a twisted chimney you won't see anywhere else in the lowcountry. Repairs, rebuilds, and brickwork done by hand and done right.

Painting

Inside and out, prepped properly and cut in clean, with paint that stands up to lowcountry sun and salt air. The fastest way to make a good house look loved again.

Interior & exterior painting →

Siding

Cracked, faded, or storm-beaten siding lets the weather start working on the house underneath it. We replace and repair it so the whole exterior protects the way it should.

Siding repair & replacement →

Concrete

Driveways, walkways, and patios poured level and finished clean, built for soil that shifts and summers that bake. Solid underfoot for decades, and it shows from the curb.

Meet Patrick & Kevin

Two contractors.
40 years. One standard.

Patrick and Kevin have each spent twenty years in the trades, and they built Integrity Exterior Solutions on the kind of work that gets you recommended at backyard cookouts. Most of our jobs come from a neighbor who had us first.

We photograph every roof from tear-off to final nail, we give you a number you can hold us to, and we answer our own phones. That's the whole business model, and it's why the lowcountry keeps calling.

Straight Answers

The questions people actually ask us

How do I know I'm not getting ripped off on a roof?

Get everything in writing with a real number, never pay the full amount up front, and ask to see the work. That last one is where most contractors go quiet and where we don't: every roof we build is photographed from tear-off to the final nail, so you can see the decking, the underlayment, and everything else that gets covered up. If a contractor can't show you the middle of the job, you're taking the whole thing on faith.

What does a new shingle roof cost in the Beaufort area?

Most shingle roofs with us run around $425 per square (a square is 100 square feet of roof), and most quotes in the lowcountry come in at $500 per square or more. Your exact number depends on the size and pitch of the roof and what we find underneath, and you'll have it in writing before any work starts.

My insurance company sent me a letter about my roof. What do I do?

You're not alone, carriers along the South Carolina coast have gotten strict about roof age, and those letters are going out all over the lowcountry. Start by having someone look at the actual roof, because sometimes the fix is smaller than a replacement. We'll tell you honestly which one you need, document the condition with photos you can send your carrier, and give you a written quote so you can make the decision on real information instead of a deadline scare.

Are you one of those companies that shows up after storms?

We live here, so technically yes, we show up after storms, and then we're still here the year after. Patrick and Kevin both live and work in the lowcountry, most of our jobs come from referrals, and you can meet us before you sign anything. The trucks that knock on doors after a hurricane and vanish by Christmas are the reason we photograph everything and put every number in writing.

Do you really photograph the whole job?

Every roofing job, start to finish. You get photos of the tear-off, the decking, the underlayment, the flashing, and the finished roof, so you see the parts of your own house you'd never climb up to inspect. It keeps us honest, and it gives you a record for insurance and resale that most homeowners never have.

Do I need a repair or a full replacement?

An honest look answers that in about twenty minutes. A stain on the ceiling or a few missing shingles is often a repair, and we'll tell you when it is, because a customer who trusts us for a small fix calls us years later for the big one. When it truly is time to replace, we'll show you why, in photos, and give you the number in writing.

What areas do you serve?

We work across the South Carolina lowcountry: Beaufort, Bluffton, Hilton Head Island, Okatie, and down into Savannah. If you're near the water, so are we, and if you're not sure whether we cover your street, call and ask, you'll get a straight answer in one phone call.
