Why are you cheaper than the other quotes I got?
Because we run lean and we don't pay commissioned salesmen to sit at your kitchen table for two hours. Same shingles, same underlayment, better documentation. Around here most quotes come in at $500 a square or more, and the difference isn't the roof, it's the overhead.
How long does a roof replacement take?
Most single-family homes are done in a day or two, weather permitting. You'll know your start date before we begin, and if the sky changes the plan, you'll hear it from us first, not from the silence.
My insurance company says my roof is too old. Do I really have to replace it?
Sometimes yes, sometimes no. Coastal carriers have gotten strict about roof age, but a letter is not an inspection. We'll look at the actual roof, document its real condition in photos, and tell you honestly whether it has years left or it's truly time, so you're negotiating with your carrier from facts.
Do you help with insurance claims after storm damage?

Look for shingles in the yard after wind, stains on interior ceilings, granules filling the gutters, or shingles that curl and lift. Any one of those deserves a look, but none of them automatically means replacement. We'll tell you which one you're dealing with in about twenty minutes, for free.
